In order to enhance employees' knowledge of quality management, to improve the quality management level, and to ensure the staffs' great attention to the quality issue, Quality Management Department held the Competition of Quality Knowledge with the aim to improve the consciousness of quality.
Recently, Quality Management Department took the lead to organize the Competition of Quality Knowledge to match up with the implementation of the Quality Month. The content of the competition involved the quality management, mould manufacturing inspection, injection part inspection, quality testing tools application, etc. There are no limits to the participants so as to let the frontline employees join in. Exquisite gifts were prepared to encourage the participants to learn the quality knowledge. And the activity concluded successfully with help of everybody.
Quality is the life of an enterprise. Employees had a more profound understanding of related quality knowledge. At the same time, staffs' quality consciousness was increased by ways of popularizing the knowledge of quality. Only when we cultivate the frontline employees' quality consciousness and form a good product quality system, can a company take a stable and rapid development under such a fierce competition market.
